At Astral Core Emporium, each product is carefully crafted in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

 

 

All Sales are Final (Opened Products)

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.

 

 

Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

 

 

Shipping Issues

Astral Core Emporium is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped. We are also not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

 

Refunds

 

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
